Homebrew Updated Old 2DS Now DS Mode Is Broken

I updated using the system update in the settings and now DS mode won't load I've tried TWL fix already I've tried a new NVRAM Flash Too and it seems like nothing is working. I even factory reset my ds I don't know how I would fix this any help would be much appreciated

Yes I updated after the twilight fix i still didnt work but the problem started after I updated from 11.14 to 11.15

Both Luma And GM9 were fully updated

I also should mention i did both CTR flash methods too
