Whats the best Switch title manager for PC?

I have tried a couple of these in the past and they did work well and now don't work at all.
Is there any recent programs that have been released that what help with sorting and renaming etc.

I mean not to be a wise guy but windows can sort files by name A-Z, Z-A, Dates, file type, etc... Everything else kinda don't really work without putting equal or more effort.

I just use DBI.nro to extract properly named NSP files from my switch will the base game, update, and DLC all in one NSP

Explorer.exe with NSCB and dbi is my choice.
