So I have the first switch (I believe it’s called unpatched?) and I’ve been using sx os all this time to play XCIs and NSPs. I thought I was banned but I booted ofw and I accessed the Eshop so I’m all good.

Today I updated the OFW to 13.0 thinking it’d be okay but then the sx os wasn’t working.

I got the files for atmosphere and hekate (see attached pic of sd card root & hekate config file) and am able to boot into atmosphere.

My primary question is how can I go about playing NSPs offline on the atmosphere side and playing online games on the OFW side without getting banned.

Also what is the difference between “Atmosphere Sys” & “atmosphere emummc?” I created an emmc on hekate through the sd card file not the partition. Should I just do a clean install to ditch the sx os stuff? I’m noob thanks.

Hello once atmopshere is installed you will need to ,load up hekate and create an emunand.
Once inside emunand you can then go online as it hides the serial number of the switch.
If you have previously installed nsps via sysnand i would not bother going online either way or you will be banned, you need a 100% clean sysnand.

Hi,s should I create the emu and using the partition or is the sd file fine?

Also I think my sysnand is clean. I got Nintendo online and I was playing nick all stars that I bought from the eshop with my friends yesterday.

sd file is fine.
To be honest its mainly best to have 1 switch for online and 1 for hacked to prevent a ban

I noticed your second question wasn't answered. The difference between Atmosphere sysMMC and emuMMC is what it says on the box; booting Atmosphere on sysMMC versus emuMMC. sysMMC is your actual console itself while emuMMC is a copy that exists on the SD card. emuMMC fundamentally acts like a second console without physically owning a second console. As for the question in your last post, partition or SD files is fine but partition is preferred.
