Everything was working fine until yesterday until I decided to install a Sonic Generations 3DS CIA
I've installed games before, tons of them. but for some reason, when I attempted to do it this time, things started to get weird, I boot my 3DS and I see a new icon, but it's pure blank, I try to uninstall it, but it says that it cannot be uninstalled, but the moment I go back to my menu, everything is gone, and when I reboot the system, it always give me an error screen saying that "An exception occurred" (which I attached the logs in the post)

I had a SYSNand backup lying around, and tried to do the proccedure to restore through GMOD9 it thinking it might have solved anything, but nothing really worked thus far, and even when I try to start the 3DS without any SD cards, it refuses to work
Can anyone help me out here? I'm really out of options at the moment, even if I just can get my 3DS to boot I won't really mind installing everything from top to bottom, but just being able to restore things back to normal would be the preffered option.

Another update; I can still boot up the 3DS in security mode (Holding down D-Pad Up + L + R + A when powering the console)
So I appear to be softbricked and not hardbricked.

So what exactly happens? Do you get any kind of error messages? Those would be much more useful than the crash dumps. (I honestly don't think a complete crash dump has ever helped anyone.)

Was this a backup you made from this 2DS? If it came from a different unit (even a different 2DS), then you have a big problem.

If all else fails, ntrboot can recover from many problems that are otherwise unsurmountable.

Yes, there is a error message when the 3DS boots
It says

"An exception occurred"

Processor: ARM11 (Core 1)
Exception type: Undefined instruction
Current process: Loader (000000000000000000000)

And yes, the backup I've made was from this same 2DS, so I should be fine.

CTRTransfer should solve it while keeping your games and saves, restoring your NAND backup would effectively delete any games you installed after the backup was made along with their saves.

Good news, CTRTransfer finally got my 3DS working again
Bad news is that games and apps are not showing for some reason, even though when I go to the options menu to check if they're installed, they are, they don't show up in the menu at all, and even when I tried to reinstall them with faketik, it didn't do anything
What should I do now?

You followed the instructions in the ctrtransfer guide to copy tickets over?
Though faketik should work the same.
