Nope. It requires the specific version of Luma posted on the GitHub page I linked, which will not work on latest firmware. You'll need to downgrade to 11.8 in order to use it if you're on latest firmware. Either that, or rename the ActionReplay.plg to cheat.plg and use it with BootNTR the normal way as described here: https://3ds.eiphax.tech/ntrplugins
