I've been trying to hack my switch and I've been successful at installing and booting into Homebrew/Atmosphere but whenever I try to install Tinfoil I would get errors. I was originally running firmware 12.1.0 and accidentally updated to 13.0. So, the last thing I did on the switch was downgrade to 12.0.0, wiped my SD card, and tried starting over from the beginning using the NH Switch Guide.
This time I used hekate v5.6.0 and Atmosphère 0.20.0. I installed everything I needed on my SD card (according to the NH Switch Guide), booted into RCM, followed the 'Making the emuMMC' portion of the guide which involved creating the emuMMC and then changing theemuMMC to SD RAW 1. I already had backups so I skipped that and launched CFW by going into Launch > Atmosphere FSS0 EmuMMC. I got an error when I tried to launch into Atmoshpere so I went back to Launch and tried to launch into stock and this failed too. So I clicking the power off option.
Since then I can't get the switch to power back on or be detected as in RCM mode on my PC. I've tried holding the power button down for 30 seconds, holding the power/+ button, power/+/- button, using the jig/not using the jig, having the SD card inserted/removing the SD card and a few other things... No matter what I do it won't do anything... What are my options here or did I brick my switch...?
