Did you use the scripts on the fusee.bin and/or the package3 file to which they got changed?
Since the release page of Atmosphère states «Please Note: various components were renamed (fusee-primary.bin -> fusee.bin, fusee-secondary.bin -> package3)» I did run AutoIPS scripts using package3 filename as input when fusee-secondary.bin was asked and works fine. I am just updating my SD card now to try the new patches.

For me this patches works just fine, Install a new game and run an installed game with no problem at all.

I just wonder when the comments «doesn't work for me, my switch broke, all messed... etc.» will start.

The new Atmosphère require YOU READ ALL THE RELEASE PAGE because you need modify some INI files, and if you use Hekate you have to modify hekate_ipl.ini to reflect the new names.

Now the NOGC patches are configured on a new INI file and BTC.ini file doesn't exist anymore.

So if you don't tend to read every step, you will mess something.

I am trying to figure how to setup an Atmosphère «Custom splash screen» :D

Add these two lines to your loader script:

Go into your hekate_ipl.ini and change it like this

[CFW - sysMMC]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
kip1patch=nosigchk
atmosphere=1
emummc_force_disable=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_payload.bmp

[CFW - emuMMC]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
kip1patch=nosigchk
emummcforce=1
atmosphere=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_payload.bmp

[Stock - sysMMC]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
emummc_force_disable=1
stock=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_switch.bmp

you have to replace whatever is inserted on these lines (fusee-primary.bin -> fusee.bin, fusee-secondary.bin -> with package3) because thats what its now called in the new atmos version

The hekate_ipl.ini file included in the latest package has those changes already.

For those too lazy to type, here's the scrips pre modded - for obvious reasons I can't include keys - so in the scripts folder fill in the "keys.dat-template.txt" file with your keys and rename that to keys.dat.

For me wasn't necessary, just put the name of the file on the input, dragging the file works too:

there is no utilities folder in the AMS release at all
I did understood on the Atmosphère 1.0.0 prerelease page the utility will be released soon, but on the code of the Atmosphère there is the folder and I manually downloaded and try it.

Nice booting times with 1.0.0

I only has to change the .ini file like SciresM mentioned.

{------- Launch -------}
[Atmosphere CFW]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
kip1patch=nosigchk
emummcforce=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_payload.bmp

For the ones who don't want to use Hekate.

When you use hekate the boot sequence shows:
  • Hekates boologo for selected payload.
  • Atmosphère secondary (package3) bootlogo
  • Nintendo switch bootlogo
You can change Hekate's easy on the hekate_ipl.ini file using the line logopath=bootloader/bootlogo.bmp for the entry
The Atmosphère bootlogo before was changed using the BCT.ini file but now you must to use the customization of package3
The Nintendo Switch bootlogo can be changed using https://github.com/StarDustCFW/Logo-para-switch.Palomitas/releases/tag/1.7 Bootlogo palomitas or Switch Logo Patcher Phyton script: https://github.com/friedkeenan/switch-logo-patcher
