I have buy PowerA pro controller to Switch and i dont know where sync button are.

I believe you can sync the controller by simply plugging it to the dock with the "Use Wired USB controllers" option enabled in the console settings.

The sync button appears to be in the same spot as on the official Pro Controller looking at the images on their site.

Your device specifies nothing about a battery or charging voltage etc.. are you sure it's not simply a wired controller?
