I believe so, yes. there's now a failsafe for cobra in case it were to brick the system (i.e. not compatible or something). it's part of 8.3.

No, I just swapped Cobra, Cobra 8.3 just won't mount ps2. Maybe you could give it a try, if not it's okay, I've now gone back to Cobra 8.2.

alright, I think he's found the cause. here's what he said now: The issue is caused by hashes, maybe I'm using another version of 4.84.2, can you send me the latest Rebug 4.84.2 build that your friend is using?
