Also autoboot code was commented out - you can re-enable this again in the script if you want to show the SXOS options during boot - or just press the volume + button to bring up the options menu.

I'm new at using Python and for what it worth, i'm on Mac, but i have problem using your Script. It gives me an error.

"boot.dat.orig not found - exiting script"

I renamed the original boot.dat to boot.dat.orig, checked the SHA256 code and have the license-request.dat in the same folder.

Do you have any idea of what the problem could be ? Thanks

Lots of homebrew doesn't work on on the new Atmosphere, so that's 1 reason. Also XCI loading from external hard drive is another one.

It's telling you that you don't have boot.dat.orig file in the same folder you are running the script from, you probably have a typo when you renamed, or didn't put in the same folder you are running the script from.

I renamed it properly...
Looks like my problem is coming from pip and python.. I have that error now :
"WARNING: pip is being invoked by an old script wrapper. This will fail in a future version of pip.
To avoid this problem you can invoke Python with '-m pip' instead of running pip directly."

I'll investigate if i can solve it. Thanks for your time.

I modded SX Save Manager screen just to see it it would work on this - yep, it works fine :-)

I mean... anyone can just change the background using layeredfs lol. For anyone that doesn't want to use a modded nsp the background asset is called bg.png and it's 1280 by 769 pixels.

Where to put this on SX_License_Hack.py ?

And @mrdude : can u fixe SXOS-GFX.exe, it crash when you have already out folder and he delete the folder after the crash

Yeah SXOS-GFX.exe crashed for me too but it did delete the folder.

Seeing that SX Installer is just Tinfoil with a theme, you could just as well use the latter and it wouldn't make any difference.

It is not completely dead... yet. You can still lower a game's firmware requirement and play the latest games as I am doing, for instance, with Miitopia, released just today.

So, yes, still not dead. And, of course, because of XCI mounting - faster and handier than Atmosphère, no need to install any games, just drop your xci file on your SD card and go!
