So I had some games that were installed on 12.01 and were working now using this, I get hash mismatch even after reinstalling the game (Using DBI). Is it a sigpatch issue? I'll try reinstalling it using Tinwoo since that worked on 12.01 before.

Hello.
I currently have switch 11.0.1 CFW on it.
what exactly do I have to do if I want to update switch to 12.0.2?
simply install 12.0.2 and atmosphere 0.19.3?
and copy sigpatch for the games on sd card?

then does all the games work again?

thanks

Check for Cheats mods, reinstall the sigpatches and try again

i delete cheats, i used ITotalJustice patches and it crash, i used eXhumer patches and it crash, i used sigpatches from here and it crash. i think that Atmosphere has an error. i will wait a new release

Cheats could be one of the many culprits.
Also, make absolutely sure that there's no sysmodule running that could possibly affect it.
There's also the possibility that there's some Atmosphere mod (LayeredFS) that could be screwing with it.

Try making a completely fresh Atmosphere install, delete or backup your whole /atmosphere/ folder (rename your old one to atmosbak or something) and get the newest Atmosphere release, dump it into your SD, and then copy the sigpatches right after that. Try seeing if that fixes it.

For me, I have a Erista vulnerable switch, atmosphère 0.19.3, Firmware 12.0.1 and the latest sigpatches uploaded on the OP and me, and Animal Crossing New Horizonts, V0, V1.3.1, V1.10.0, 2DLC, works just fine, I did try installing the base, running, the 1.3.1 update, running, 1.10.1 running and DLC and at each time the software execute all fine. please update all your sigpatches.

P.D. I have NOT any cheat or LayerefFS files for the game, you can try backup and delete it then try to run the game

I can't get anywere 1.3.1 update, and I've tried base+1.6+1.10 and not working at all, changed hundreds of times sigptches and the whole AMS thing (clean always) and yet not working, everytime I open it after couple seconds showing nintendo switch logo it just crashes..

Always try booting with one payload first, be it secondary or primary, and if that doesn't work, try changing the fusee payload to the other one and see if that helps boot the failing games.

You don't need the last patch for the game. I did try it using base and works fine, update 1.10 and works fine too and in 1.6.1 also works.

Lookup for extra modules, System Fs patches or cheats

last edit: typo

I tried with minimal AMS (empty switch folder, no contents folder ....) And no luck
