ROM Hack Banned switch to a patched switch via computer?

My sysnand on my unpatched switch has recently got banned and because of this I can’t transfer my save data for Pokémon sword or Splatoon 2 over to my patched switch. Is it possible to transfer the save data for Pokémon sword and Splatoon 2 from a banned switch to a patched switch via a computer and will it get my patched switch banned? I don’t want to lose all of my legit process

saves like splatoon 2 and pokemon can only be transferred through 2 methods.
1) Both switches must be unpatched. Run both on CFW. Backup save from banned switch and then restore it to unbanned switch using JKSV or whatever homebrew app that does the same

2) Both switches are not banned. Transfer save to another switch via Nintendo server

there's no other way to do it. You would need to add a modchip to your patched switch so you can restore the save. There's no way to transfer save from 1 banned switch to a unbanned 1. Only possible with the Animal crossing save data transfer app

You may be able to borrow an unpatched switch, hack it. Sign in on stock. Transfer the save using cfw. Then back to stock.

The save might appear on your patched switch?? Then delete your profile etc from the borrowed switch.
