Hacking Black icon After installing cia

I Recently installed games i wanted, it has a black icon.
Whenever i enter the game it says:
Errdisp: Card removed


i used Custom install if anyone is wondering...

Did you use the custom-install-finallize.3dsx app (vía the HBL) before (to use/open any installed content with custom-install)?

If yes (and problem continues anyway), then possibly your SD card or its files is/are corrupted. In that case, I suggest to follow first this post (or later, this another post).
