Is an Emulator maybe via GameBoy Advance a Solution for you ?

You can use TWilight/GBARunner on an Flashcart for the Nintendo DS.

What others said. I don't think there was a dedicated one for the DS (there was not as much enthusiasm for homebrew so most effort seemed to be on getting the big 8 and 16 bit efforts working as well as they could rather than emulating the whole list of weird and wonderful stuff the GBA saw) so you will have to hope you have GBA capabilities with whatever you have and use that instead.

If you just want to play Elite then there are options for that as well.
