just a diehard rock band fan needing the DLC packer/unpacker file so I can use my RB DLC on my new-2-me Wii.... my other one D I E D All of the links for Parannoyed DLC packer/unpacker are void of any download of the program.

Thanks for all the great info... I have learned a lot!!! i feel like i am so close.... i have loaded homebrew pulled the prng and console id..run them in the hex editor... saved the 4 byte and 16 byte outputs.. edited the recrypt.bat file, and my SZ folders, which have the .bins, are showing in the same directory as the DLC PACKER / UNPACKER files, but I don't understand how to run the recrypt-all.bat file... i double clicked on it, but nothing seems to happen. any help out there??

TL;DR: Make sure you've supplied the right hex numbers for RB3 and the content generation you're working with. Also note that you can only work on one content generation at a time.

I wouldn't do that here. Besides, why would you need to send them? Aren't they official RB3 DLC?

yes, but the store is offline and my wii console died, so i am on a different console now. i just can't figure out how to use the hex editor to get the correct id and png key translations. I am ready to just see if anyone out there would just do it for me....

Which hex editor are you using? I used HxD (link https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/) for my hex editing on Windows. Also, are you typing in the right place? You need to put in your keys where there are sets of two number/letter combos. Thus, you get something like:

 Offset (h) 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 0A 0B 0C 0D 0E 0F
0000000000  12 34 56 78 9A BC DE F0 12 34 56 78 9A BC DE F0  ................
