Hi, I've tried to install a game on my usual USB. The problem is that when the install is completed the game partition appears as "????" while the rest of the games have some letters. Sorry for my bad language as I'm not native.
PD: I can't upload any image reference as I'm new on this

Installed from a Wii Game Disc or Downloaded Games ?

Did you have checked the Settings for the WiiBackup Manager ?

Options - Settings - General - "Wii Disc Partitions to keep"
Opciones - Configuración - General - "Particiones de disco de Wii para conservar"

It should be "Remove Update Partition".

Here is a Manual from @Cyan ,you can check the Rest of your Settings too please.:)

Is your USB Stick formatted with WBFS ?

Thank you.:)

I had different reports from users saying Wii Backup Manager had issue with Smash Bros, probably due to multiple partition table.
If you can't make it work, there's the option to use Wit (wii Iso Tool) command line, or a GUI like WiiBackupFusion : https://sourceforge.net/projects/wiibafu/

all other games should work.
Special very big modded games shouldn't use multiple partition table, so even if they are big it should work with WBManager.

Last edited by Cyan,
Strange... I've never had any issues with WBM and SSBB.
IIRC, SSBB contains many demos and each in a separate partition. The default setting of WBM will remove those partitions and hence no Demo works.
But I think you might be able to play the game as long as you don't touch the demos

Default settings is "keep game partition", while it should be set to "remove update partition" to keep "other partition" too.
That's a thing I tell users to change in my "how to use WBM properly" quick guide.
it's lacking pictures to make it nicer, but users should be able to find said words and menus.
