Hello. I've been trying to install some .cia files recently, but it doesnt show the "Install CIA" and "Install and delete CIA".
I've seen some threads saying that i should repalce my NAND files with my backups.
What should i actually do? Thanks

Hello. I've been trying to install some .cia files recently, but it doesnt show the "Install CIA" and "Install and delete CIA".
Is your console using Luma CFW (latest version, preferably) and the latest FBI version (2.6)? Have you verified the integrity of that .cia files at the moment of the downloading and copying process (to ensure that those files aren't corrupted or bad-copied on any time)?

And, it will be good if you check the console SD card status, too! (making a backup of all the SD content and then using quadruple format + H2TestW analysis).

I've seen some threads saying that i should repalce my NAND files with my backups.
I never heard that thing! At the contrary, better don't touch any NAND file (or partition) if you don't know what you are doing for!

I've tried many .cia files, and none of them shows that i can install them. My FBI is the latest version, and the Luma CFW is on v10,2,1 which i think is the latest version.

My micro sd card is fine because all the save files are saving, but i will still check if somethings not ok on H2TestW

I mean, it says .cia at the end of it. And yes my files are a zip archive. Is that the problem? if so, how can i change it?

They're must be decompressed (.cia must be the effective extension, not .zip or another).

If you can't see the actual/real extension from your files, follow this.

The tutorial i used was only one week old when i used it,
And it was on firmware version 11,13 but ever since the new firmware came out the guy that made the video updated it and deleted the video with the 11,13 firmware. I also used that guys tutorial to update my modded 3ds to the latest firmware and not lose homebrew.

ok, but how are you launching fbi through the menu, where all the games are or through the homebrew launcher?
