Looks like I am doing something wrong. I downloaded TinfoilWebServer_Framework-Independent_v1.0.0.0 zip and extracted. Running TinfoilWebServer.exe file.
When i open Tinfoil in switch, it doesn't show any directory or files or anything.

It just opens a terminal window with below output:

C:\Users\Komal\Downloads\Nintendo\TinfoilWebServer_Framework-Independent_v1.0.0.0
Welcome to Tinfoil Web Server v1.0.0.0
Served directory:
C:\Users\Komal\Downloads\Nintendo\TinfoilWebServer_Framework-Independent_v1.0.0.0
Server Host/IP:
DESKTOP-MRA546E
192.168.1.37
127.0.0.1
Tinfoil index type:
Flatten.

Instructions on github page mentions config file and it's structure. Do I need to create that separately and keep in same folder?
I am not that expert, so pls enlighten me.

Thanks for trying it.

You now need to place some titles in the served folder (NSP, NSZ or XCI files), by default it is the exe dir, but you can change this setting in the appSettings.json file.

Once exe is running, launch Tinfoil, go to «File Browser», press «-» to add a new server and enter your server settings, protocol: HTTP (setting up HTTPS is also possible but requires extra config and certificates), host: the server IP or host name, in your case it is either "DESKTOP-MRA546E" or "192.168.1.37" and port (you can leave port empty as default HTTP port is 80).

hi, i tried this,
it seems to work, as when i open the url 192.168.0.100 (my pc IP) it shows

{
"files": [
{
"url": "192.168.0.100/SwitchGames/Animal%20Crossing%20New%20Horizons%20[01006F8002326000][v0].nsp",
"size": 6694728448
},
{
"url": "192.168.0.100/SwitchGames/Bayonetta%20v0%20-%20xcinspdotcom.nsp",
"size": 9213844784
},
{
],
"directories": [],
"success": "Tinfoil Server"
}

but when i use tinfoil to open it, (using Filebrowser > selected the webserver entry > open)
nothing shows.
