I'm sure I have been banned but i'm worried it's my account so are banned or just console.
Here it's error Code: 2124-4508 and message "The use of online services on this console is currently restricted by Nintendo"
What does it mean? It's it only console so are banned or it's my account banned?

The console is banned. Just try to login into your account on Nintendo‘s website but usually accounts don’t get banned, at least I never heard of one.

how did you get banned? some information are always useful

No it happened after I factory reset it and format SD card.
I go to Eshop and when I shall link account it's then I get error code and message.

I'm not sure it's hard to say, since I just discovered error code and message when I shall link account after I factory reset it and format SD card.
Since I had problem with Switch before i used Haku33 and then factory reset it.

Yes i do have clean nand but i used Haku33 payloads since I couldnt use Haku33 nro since before i factory reset it, I got black screen after nintendo logo, same with Atomsphere logo and when i should restore nand backup i couldnt go into hakate and after that i turn Switch regular way and then factory reset it.

You have to call Nintendo to unlink your Nintendo account on banned Switch.

Actually you don’t have to. You can unlink the account once a year on Nintendo’s website without calling Nintendo.

Above comments are correct about unlinking. However, linking your account to another Switch will work fine as your account itself has not been jeopardized. It will probably acknowledge this clean console as a secondary system if you haven't unlinked on your banned switch, which will prompt the "checking if title can be played"-type message every time you launch something. If so, you can set the clean console as your primary system on Nintendo's website once a year. No more annoying message.

Your account also hasn't been wiped clean. If you had save backups for other games, you can restore them. Account info is all the same. I've discovered this from first-hand experience.

Should I want to sell my Switch and since it's banned, can the one so buy it link account to it?

It’s banned. You can’t officially link an account to this console anymore but there are unofficial methods out there that can link an account offline.

Is nintendo still can detect my .XCI and .NSP games installed on my microSD? (I only connect to internet while using OFW boot)

The NAND needs to be clean. OFW is sysnand, if you ran NSP on sysnand you have the chance of getting ban.

I using emuNAND fo my CFW.. is that means my sysnand is clean? Last night I tried to connect to e-shop (since my console is new I have to try everything), and now I'm scared of getting banned..

If you never installed NSP on sysnand you should be fine.

Your installed game probably on an emunand.
