I have no idea why this happens and I'm really hoping someone can help me. Usually I have no problem using FTPD or FBI to wirelessly transfer files.
Yet sometimes, neither Filezilla or WinSCP can connect to either FTPD or 3DSHELL. I couldn't even use Boop to update 3DSHELL because that couldn't connect to FBI. I normally have no problems with Boop.
The last two times I tried to ftp a bunch of files at night, things were going fine then all of a sudden current transfer goes down to nothing. After that nothing will connect.
Tried turning off/on wireless on N3DS. Tried turning off/on N3DS itself. Tried closing and reopening Filezilla, WinSCP, and Boop. Double checked the ip was right. Nothing would work.
The only thing that's been updated recently is FileZilla and FTPD, which I updated because I was experiencing this problem a different day. So I can't imagine that's a cause. Modem/internet settings have not been changed. I don't have any antivirus but Windows Defender so I don't see any way that's interfering.
Internet connection was stable the whole time when this happens too.
Any ideas here what could be going on here?
I have maybe one idea for something to try in the future but I don't know how to do it. Is there any way to force the N3DS to give itself a new ip address? If it can be done, is that something that might help?
