Hardware Nintendo Switch (sysNAND) question

I'm using stock(SysNAND) and I can use Switch like before I jailbreaket it. It's it possible to go back to Atomsphere? I have files on SD card and I think I can boot in hekate using payloads. What would happen which I factory reset it? What happene which I turn off Switch? Can I turn on Switch regular way? Or do I need to use payloads? I don't use autoRCM.
