ROM Hack 3ds system settings corrupted

Hi on my 2ds xl the system settings app is corrupted is there a way to reinstall the app and the cover is black and it makes no noise when you hover over it and i need to format the nand to factory settings and i can only force a saved internet corruption through rosalina menu am i able to reinstall through fbi or something

Thanks,It worked just fine except I got the error 005-2008 I had to go into FBI and delete unused tickets and I got 007-2920 when trying to play any multiplayer games or use 3d Altered Beast which also won't update.

Not very helpful but suggests it's got something to do with a bad install. When does it appear when you try to play multiplayer games?

Try deleting 3D Altered Beast, deleting the ticket for it, and reinstalling.
