Incredible work!
I know this is one of those "compile it yourself, provide your game files, yada yada yada" things, but hopefully precompiled versions will surface elsewhere very soon.
That's exactly what I was hinting towards, but we sadly can't drop site names here.I hope someone packs it into an NSP...

Create userfiles folder in /switch/re3/, it seems the game has trouble trying to create it. After that they should work.Saving/loading doesn't work..? That's kind of a big issue!
Can anybody else confirm this problem?

Awesome work, man! Thanks for your contribution!

I have GTA The Trilogy on DVDs. I take it I have to Install completely, then take those Folders/Files and put them in place, correct?
What is the final Size of GTA3 when transferred over?Check the github for the exact folders you need, but that's what I did. I had a 2 CD version (compressed audio) so I installed it first to get the core files, then on the second CD I grabbed just the audio folder, ran the conversion tool on github (which enlarged them to a couple gigs up from 200MB or so), and copied that into the /audio/ folder along with the 2 other files from the installation. Without the conversion the game locked up during sound effects for a few seconds and the car radio sounded like pure static.

Guess I know what I am doing Tomorrow for my SwitchA hair over 2.8 gigs I think... it may be different if you start with an uncompressed audio version of the game
Mines didn't play audio for whatever reason and i did the same thing tooCheck the github for the exact folders you need, but that's what I did.
