Hello! I hacked my 3DS for the first time about 2 weeks ago. It has worked fine until I suddenly started having this issue today:

When I power on my 3DS while holding START to launch GodMode9, the following message appears:

An error has occurred:
"The payload is invalid or corrupted"
Press any button to shut down

I am using:
  • Luma3DS - v10.2
  • boot9strap
  • 3DS firmware: v11.13.0-45U
  • GodMode9 - v1.9.1

GodMode9.firm is in my "luma/payloads" folder.

Games seem to work fine, Luma still works fine, all other homebrews seem to work fine. GodMode9 is the only thing that I've been having issues with so far.

GodMode9 has worked up until today. It even worked earlier today, I'm not sure what happened to it.

I'm not experienced enough to know what the issue is, and I'm having issues finding any past threads that address possible causes of this issue.

What happens with the latest test build of 1.9.2 of GodMode9?
That fixed it. I wonder why the old stable version wasn't working for me anymore.

Thank you so much! Now I know what to do if this happens in the future.

Sidenote: I have the DoNotLoadD.firm in the "luma/payloads/" folder as well, what is that file and what happens if I load it?

It's a file that from the 3ds guide site that I can't link to because I'm new.

I'm not familiar with it. You can delete it if you already have B9S and Luma3DS installed.
