afaik, you can use MessAnimDSIco to extract the banner .bin file.
Open the .bin file using the hex editor of your choice, and one you see the text, and after looking at the left and right sides, it should be self-explanatory on how to edit the title.

Just scroll down in the .bin file, and you'll see the text.
On the left, the text is represented in bytes, and on the right is the actual letters. There will be bytes shown as "00" on the left, so leave those untouched.
Also, if you're using HxD, make sure Overwrite is set, so that the file size stays the same. If not, press the "Insert" key.
