dolphin can run slower for any amount of reason
updating graphics drivers
updating dolphin
updated dolphin resetting settings / adding new settings/ auto enabled new features
other applications taking up cpu/gpu resources such as anti virus or anything thats running in the background in the tray icon area
a virus or malware taking up resources
windows 10 gamemode is known to cause some negative performance issues in some situations

but without knowing what changes have been made to your system before it was running slow, its impossible to know whats causing any slowdown

This is like looking for a needle in a haystack, at least tell the following:
1. Whole specs of your system
2. Did you change anything recently (including various updates)?
3. Dolphin settings still the same?
4. is it the same game?

Please give the ones who want to help you something to work with!

What resolution are you outputting it at? If it's higher than the res you used prior to upgrading to Windows 10, maybe that's it.

If not, try reinstalling Dolphin. And, check the resource monitor in the Windows control panel when it's running to see what (if anything) is taxing the cpu or gpu.

Also, try other games. Some run better than others in Dolphin. I have a Quadro K5000m in my old laptop. HOD3 runs fine. HOD Overkill stutters.
