Hi,

I accidentally messed up and deleted the indexiine file after installing it. I want to uninstall it now and I don't know how to decrypt my mlc backup to get the original index.html file. Could someone tell me how to go about this?

Thanks

For clarity, Indexiine is working fine, but you just want to remove it?

yeah, everything is working. I guess based on 1st reply that I need to go mlc route but I don’t know for example what commands/software to use or what keys to use in what order to decrypt the backup. (from nand dumper prior to indexiine installation)

Unless you have Haxchi or CBHC installed, removing Indexiine is not recommended. Is there a particular reason why you want to remove it?

I never used the browser but installed indexiine a few weeks ago:

the default index.html file is super simple and contains only:
Code:
<html>
<head>
  <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, height=device-height, user-scalable=no">
</head>
</html>

you should be able to create this in the indexiine folder as backup-index.html and restore the default browser page
