I use a lot of Lineage OS. I noticed two days ago that the Switch would shut down abruptly when in Lineage OS the battery was between 40%. I tried to inject Hekate and the Switch would show the red battery icon, but when I charged it a little and injected Hekate again it told me that it had about 35% on average.

I thought it was an Android error, or a battery mismatch, yesterday I tried a version of Hekate to fix the battery (disconnects it), but the problem persists or I don't know if I did it right. So far I check that in Horizon it says that the battery is depleted when it shows 30%.

Could you help me?. Something similar I have suffered with my Huawei for weeks so I do not want to think that the battery is bad or something since days ago it perfectly reached 5% and Lineage activated the battery saving mode (Orange edges)

Have you tried to drain the battery completely and leave it for a bit? It can sometimes help with recalibration issues.
Then maybe charge it up in horizon to 100%, before going back to android.

I left it in RMC Mode for it to download completely and the problem seems to be fixed.

Do you let the battery died a lot?
The problem is using a different power supply than the original charger. I had left charging the Switch in the back ports of my PC with the data cable, while I was in sleep mode on Lineage OS. This caused the charge to be weak or irregular causing the battery to turn off at 40% percent when it should be 0%

It's time to drain all the load so that you can then load it normally from Horizon. Supposedly Hekate automatically recalibrates the battery, even if it uses a Payload that fixes the battery (Disconnects the battery and reactivates when you insert a load from USB-C)

I don't use lineage os, as for the battery goes, you should take a look at the battery info provided by hekate, take look at the capacity full and capacity (design) value. The capacity full is the maximum mAh it currently can have and the capacity design is the overall max value for stock new battery.

For days the console stopped turning on after the battery was unconfigured and I used the Hekate Fix Battery Payload, leaving it for several hours with the battery disconnected with this Payload. Now when I try to load a Payload it does not detect the connection to the computer and therefore the RMC Mode (Auto RMC). I tried to use the charger, in Dock mode, holding down the Power button and nothing.

Any solution without having to open the console?

Charge the console? Also its RCM (ReCovery Mode) not RMC (ReMode Covery?)
