I love PaRappa the rapper, is one of my favorite games ever and I have a question.
Can I run PSX Games on my DSI XL?
If not, atleast make a rom or idk
You can get a SuperCard DSTWO flashcard, and run a PS1 emulator there. It would have low FPS and no sound though.

Well no your best bet is picking up a new 2DS XL from walmart for about 100 which can play PSX games at around full speed. the DSI is basically a ps1 stuffed in a little case. it struggles to emulate the snes so it would never run a ps1 game.

(although someone did get the psp to run a dreamcast game so hell who knows maybe someday)

What kinda bullshit argument is that? Even if it's slow as fuck it's still emulating the DC on the PSP.
this guy is a noob, seriously. Don't even listen to him. He no lifes these forums and trolls every chance he gets and makes fun of people for low post count like that's a thing.

You're right if the game is being emulated even at 1fps its still emulating

Wait, is there really a PS1 emulator for the Nintendo DS ?, I always thought it didn't have enough power for that.

The DSTwo has it's own processor and memory which lets it do things like decent SNES/GBA emulation (gbarunner2 is not an emulator so it doesn't count) on the DS. Just think of the DSTwo as having a Dingoo A320 built into it with the DS just being used for the controls, display, and sound.
