Does anyone know of an install service for SX Core/Lite in the US? I have no soldering experience and don't trust myself doing this, so don't want to take the risk.

Makes a noticeable difference?

Didn’t make any temperature tests. It is not necessary – I had some thermal pads left from my core version upgrade. “Bigger” switch runs subjectively better, when docked.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

You can liquid metal the whole switch and it wont be much cooler.

And corrode all the copper elements?:)

Its such low power, it can nearly run passively. And on top of it, it already has a decent cooling solution.
I also made some thermal mods, but more or less only because I could, not necessarily because I should.

Absolutely agree.

Not sure if this is the right place to post but since it is SX-Lite related here goes:-
I am trying to dump my eshop game legally bought on one console (1) and load it onto my sx-lite console (2)
They are both on latest OFW and CFW
Console (1) is registered as primary console and I can play the game without access to the internet.
I ran SX installer to dump the nsp
Then I used SX installer to load it onto my sx-lite console (2)
When I run it I get the message 'checking to see if this software can be played.'
How can I bypass this? I thought as it was dumped from my primary console it would work.
Also tried this with Tinfoil but with same results.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

You can't keep doing this to me, it's just too painful
+1 big oof
but then you feel better about your own skills when you see how people could go crazy stupid by taking unnecessary risk installing it without any soldering experience and common sense
