Hacking Forwarders are back!

Some 'forwarders' were not put together by me, and those ones are actually self contained, I believe those being VBA GX, FCEU GX, SNES9X GX, and maybe Genplus GX. As such you can't easily update them by swapping out their apps in your sd card, but they also don't need to be in your apps folder either, others like Nintendont definitely do though. I could probably update those channels when I have some free time and make them proper forwarders, but I haven't seen much progress for those emulators since these versions were compiled, they have Wii U pro controller and Gamepad support and all seem to run at perfect speeds, so my motivation to update those channels is low lol.

Yes, they still boot from the vWii side, you'll notice no real difference in how those channels load verses the proper vWii forwarders. You should be able to use a FAT32 HDD with those vWii-based emulators. I personally just use a very large SD card (1TB) so I don't have to swap out my Wii U HDD except for when I load up my Wii games via USB Loader GX, I use my 2nd FAT32 HDD just for Wii and Wiiware games, even my GameCube games are on my SD card.

Hey, I tried out the pack today, and unfortunately it doesn't seem to work. The channels all install fine on WUP Installer GX, but then they are all unusable as I have detailed below:

Nintendont - Fails to install at all - same issue as stated by another user above. I definitely used the new version which you posted earlier as well, rather than the one included in the pack.

Wii64 and WiiSXR - Boots to emulator menu fine, but cannot find SD card or USB drive

Genplus - Boots to emulator fine, but cannot read USB, only SD

Snes9xGX - Boots to emulator, immediately tells me it cant find USB device and then when I click cancel, I get a black screen with DSI Exception occurred - boots back to Wii U Sys Menu

FCEGX - Doesn't even get as far as looking for USB device - Immediate DSI Exception occurred - boots back to Wii U Sys Menu

USBLoader GX - No issues - works exactly as it should

Overclock - Does what it should as far as I can tell.

Any ideas what the problem could be? All emulators still work fine if I launch them in vWii mode and can access the USB

Thoughts - Are these channels linked in any way to the vWii apps I already have on my SD card, because I noticed that the versions are different compared to the ones I run if I launch them in vWii mode, for example Snes9xGX launched from Wii U is 4.4.4, but my app launched from HBC on vWii is 4.4.7

Appreciate any help anyone can offer, would love to get this up and running on Wii U side with Gamepad support!

Also, your Nintendont installs both fail for me. "Verify WUP files are correct & complete. DLC/E-shop require Sig Patch"

I know this thread is for forwarders that are installed to the vWii menu. Unexpectedly, they do work in my vwii
It seems that both wad share the same ID, replacing each other, so you have to pick just one.

Edit: as I had a recent nand backup, I went nuts and installed several pure wii forwarders. One of them worked perfectly, for the atari 7800 emulator.

Ideally someone with a fully pimped-out Wii U with vWii backups and all could test and find out, because it turns out that even the creator of "GameCube GX" isn't 100% certain and has not tested it, so I don't want to be risking a vWii brick.

Apologies for the double-post, but I'm having a very difficult time trying to find v1.2 and/or v1.3 of Convert2vWii.

Thing is, the newest v1.4 of Convert2vWii gives me errors, yet an ancient version (what elsewhere has called "version 17.08.2013") creates a vWii WAD without issue (though I've not tested installing the actual created wad).

Here's an archived version of the aforementioned "version 17.08.2013" if anybody else wants it, just be wary that it predates the function that automatically changes the title ID and/or IOS to ensure compatibility:
