Gaming PSVITA TV screen settings question

Hey could someone verify that the up and down buttons won't change/adjust the screen for the psvita tv?

I'm trying to shrink it a bit by going into the psvita tv screen settings but the up or down pad directional buttons wont respond.

What gives? Is this feature disabled on the vita tv?

Works on my PSTV with both a DS4 and DS3 controller.

Correct, if you have a vita tv it's pretty useful to get a clean look on most games. In combination with your tv resolution and custom zoom settings its really good looking.
