Homebrew Wii U USB Helper (3DS)

I take it with the new changes to how downloads work with the 3ds we can no longer download 3ds content with wii u usb helper? I tried to, but it would act like it was downloading something, say complete, then download nothing. wii u games seem to be unaffected, so I filtered out the 3ds ones. also, is it my system or is wii u usb helper a resource hog?

it's all over the forum, everybody ask that question twice a day.

And you ask a 3DS question in the WiiU forum....
just go look in 3DS section, full of complains and cries about nintendo protecting their properties.

So, it can't let us upload to it like Gamecube games... IDK .3DS files or .CIA and it create a Wii U installable thing?

What are you asking exactly? If you're asking if its possible to install 3DS games on the Wii U, then the answer is no. There is no way to make a .cia file work on the Wii U. And not to mention the obvious fact that the Wii U and 3DS are completely different systems, so the games will be unoptimized as hell for the Wii U. If they work at all.
