Hello, some days ago I was playing pokemon in my 3ds, but at many moments both of the screens went black and the console turned off. After i could see that it was and arm11. 2 days after this, my 3ds doesn't even turn on. I tried to put fresh files, update luma, put the gm9 payload, but nothing happened, The only light that turns on is the charge light when i put it in the charger, but if I try to turn on the console, no lights turn on.

PLEASE HELP!

Sounds more like a hardware problem than a brick...
You could try reinserting the battery (wait a few minutes before putting it back in) and then letting it charge for some time but I doubt it will help much

All right. I saw some videos and i think that is the wifi chip because I drop it a couple of times, is that my problem? I'm new at this community and I don't know about this

Could be that too but I heard that the new 3DS XL doesn't have a removable wifi card so you can't try reinserting it

@TurdPooCharger nothing happend, man,
Follow the steps exactly as detailed in this guide.
If the n3DSXL does not wake or show any sign of life from the above, try rubbing a magnet around the ABXY buttons area and backside in case this is a stuck sleep switch.

Lastly, if you have an ntrboot compatible DS flashcart, get another (o/n)(2/3)DS(i)(XL/LL)(phat/lite) with working DS(i) mode to reflash it into ntrboot mode. Try to revive the n3DSXL by rehacking it with that ntrboot cart. If you don't see the SafeB9SInstaller screen, that likely means the n3DSXL sepppuked itself.

i don't know if i have, i have a r4 gold pro 2018 3ds upgrade
Check the picture chart in the [3ds.hacks.guide] ntrboot pages for compatible DS flashcarts.

@andrevc6, if those above ideas do nothing,
  • (1) reformat + h2testw the microSD card, and add boot.firm (SafeB9SInstaller v0.0.7) / arm9loaderhax.bin (Luma3DS v7.0.5).
  • (2) magnet sweep the ABXY areas.
  • (3) ntrboot rehack
, disassemble the n3DSXL and take a multimeter to test the F1 + F2 microfuses for continuity.

all right, my problem is in the mother board or in the daughter board/abxy?

i'm going to replace it next week, the government of my country/state is really dumb and has opened the shoppings, commerce and restaurants lol
If you have another n3DSXL or have a friend who is willing to let you borrow theirs to take apart, the easiest way to determine if it's the motherboard or powerboard that's bad is to swap the motherboards between the two n3DSXL systems.

Other than that, there's no real way of knowing except to gamble buying a replacement powerboard (currently around US $30 on aliexpress, yikes!) and hoping that changing it out is what cures the no boot issue. Or, find someone locally that specializes in repairing video game systems or Nintendo handhelds including the 2DS/3DS family.

UPDATE! I was playing some games in my cellphone and the 3ds TURNED ON! I don't know how, but it did. But, when it turned on I couldn't turn it off, and it turned off saying arm11 crash dump. I don't know what I do now, but at least my 3ds is not dead at all

Do you live in a house with no air conditioner? If you do, the humidity might be triggering the ON/OFF switch in the (POWER) button.

If instead your house is well cooled, maybe your n3DSXL is possessed? :O
