After the release of the modchip, I see no interest in the community, so I'd like to ask:

1. is the modchip too difficult to install, and this is why the lose of interest?
2. is worth waiting for a better, easiest clone? or the TX solution will be the only one?
3. Can I update the console while I'm waiting? is it true that fw can't fix the mod?

Lites were never in stock.

SX Cores were all taken down.

Chip is married to Console on - Initial FW Update maybe, when you activate your license for sure.

Hmm? Not sure what to do now. I ordered an SX lite but just received an SX core in the post.
Looks like I've been sent it in error.

First observations are that it really is tiny, but still looks doable.
It also came in just the inner box, with no branded sleeve. Possibly an attempt to hide it's contents.

Unless they think it’s drugs or weapons, customs will release it within two weeks. Gotta remember that they are also short handed because of covid. The one I ordered from AliExpress cleared customs within 2 days. Also depends on the customs location.

I think Ali taking down sx products has something to do with the recent Tencent Nintendo partnership in China. You guys probably will have better luck by searching from taobao and use a forwarder if it is listed there. Good luck.

It has been like that with the rcm loader too so I doubt that’s the reason

So if you Google “sx core” in Chrome incognito mode, this thread is like link #5. Anything posted is very public.

So do what you want, but I wouldn’t publicly post things like links to where to buy or install videos. PM them maybe to people who ask, but immediately posting the info will just tell Nintendo where to take down the next seller or video. Gotta be a little discreet.
