Homebrew Question Noob asking for help to get not banned

I bought a new Switch(RCM able) and want to have CFW and play online
with friends(animal crossing, smash ect) with out get banned.
I still not realy understand EmuMMC and how to use it do not get banned,
i just know it is a copy of your sysNAND on the sdcard.

I used 90DNS before, cause I didnt needed to go online because
my friends hadn't a switch. Now they have one(no RCM) and they all play Animal crossing now

And that is the incognito app about?

I just want to play with my friends aninmal crossing and have CFW
without get banned in the future

You can only play online with genuine purchased titles retail or eshop, backups xci/nsp format do not work anymore and your quite safe playing purchased software with cfw. As far as homebrew apps setup emunand and you will be ok don’t inject saves because these are then uploaded to Nintendo’s cloud so you will get a ban. Some claim you get banned just for loading cfw I personally believe this is fake news and probably something else triggered the ban. As long as you are sensible using cfw you shouldn’t need to worry about a ban. Installing incognito stops online access completely to your switch console so if you install this you cannot use any online features, it’s not an app designed for using online without a ban it doesn’t work like that. You can use your own dumped backups just don’t ever be tempted to connect them online they won’t work and you will trigger a flag for a ban instead and always stick with your stealth option turned on when you use them.

yes you can, just keep your emunand offline or install incognito_rcm to your emunand. If you play any backups, keep them on ur emunand. This way your sysnand is clean and connected to ninty services. And thanks to incognito being installed to your emunand (by the way incognito wipes your prod.info which is where the serial number is stored) you can connect to the internet but you wont connect to ninty servers. Incognito isnt guarenteed but if you wanna be extra safe use incognito and 90dns on ur emunand.
Also little info on emunand, it's a copy of your nand on ur sd. What you do in emunand is separate from sysnand. BUT if you get banned on emunand, your entire console is banned. You cant make another emunand or anything to fix it once it happens.
