Which one should I delete and which one rename?
That's the save file that i downloaded (only one i could find for that game), for the purpose of helping him, and i used it on my own game that's also European as his, and it indeed works.I haven't personally come across .duc saves as I haven't used an Action Replay Max DS, but as @MetoMeto says above, you can convert it to the .sav format the DSTwo wants, if none of the .sav ones you downloaded are satisfactory.
For simplicity sake, i would delete everything except the game
and start fresh, and do all those things that i wrote above.
Just to be clear, you can keep all of the files you already have on your computer, I'm just talking about putting copies of some of them onto the DSTwo's microSD.
The microSD in my DSTwo has a folder in it called 'NDS roms', in which I have several games. For each game, I have three files with the same first part of the name e.g. 'Okamiden.nds' (the game ROM), 'Okamiden.sav' (the save file), and 'Okamiden.dtc' (the settings file the flashcart generated automatically).
If you copy the 'mariohoops 3on3.nds' ROM to this folder on your flashcart microSD, the DSTwo will look for a save file named 'mariohoops 3on3.sav' in the same folder. You have this file, which will hopefully be what you want, but if you want to try one of the other save files, you will need to delete the 'mariohoops 3on3.sav' file that you didn't like from the microSD and put the other save file you want to use instead into the same folder on the microSD as the .nds file and rename it from e.g. 'Mario Slam Basketball EFireX.SAV' to 'mariohoops 3on3.sav'. Then it should be recognised as the save file for your game.
I.e. copy 'mariohoops 3on3.nds' and 'mariohoops 3on3.sav' from your computer to the 'NDS roms' folder on the microSD.
And if I want to try out the 'Mario Slam Basketball EFireX.SAV' save file, I would delete the current 'mariohoops 3on3.sav' from the microSD, move 'Mario Slam Basketball EFireX.SAV' to the 'NDS roms' folder and rename it as 'mariohoops 3on3.sav'.
You can delete it if you don't need it, but if you do you can back them up on your PC.I can't because then would be anything lost
I don't get it sorry
You can delete it if you don't need it, but if you do you can back them up on your PC.
I'm telling you to "delete" so it would be visually clearer. As i said, you don't need to delete, just move them to PC, and do what i wrote above and you will be good.

You know what, those games i listed are the ones i like to finish my self with no help at all, but games like sport or racing or fighting i don't mind using 100% saves just for characters that are unlocked, cause i like to choose any character i want from the start and just enjoy the game, having fun, without beating it!
I remember Mario Basketball also playing it 10 years ago, and i remember being really fun!
Now that you reminded me of it and tat i have this save, i guess imma actually play it!
