Hacking Problem with dsi ware on 3ds

I have a new 3ds on the latest fw and it crashes the system every time I go to play a dsiware game. I've tried the TWLfix app multiple times as instructed, but each time it tells me that it failed in uninstalling 0004800f484e4c41. Can anyone help me with this problem?

3. Download the TWL Version Data - v0.cia with qBittorrent or Deluge.

• That's the 0004800F484E4C41. Don't download any of the other TWL titles.

4. FBI → SD → TWL Version Data - v0.cia → Install CIA

If DSiWare games are still crashing, verify that this file is still installed at that location and has that hash checksum.

5. GodMode9 → [2:] SYSNAND TWLN/sys/TWLFontTable.dat → Calculate SHA-256

• SHA-256: 2833D4BBA599D5559E482C735F24682CCD44C375BA2940D1206CE85B7A0DD7E4

If the above .DAT file is intact in the described condition, try to fix the NVRAM (DS firmware).

If the above NVRAM reset does not resolve the problem, check if the 3DS firmware is running under SysNAND. DSiWare does not run under an EmuNAND setup.

7. Turn off the 3DS system. Turn on the 3DS → quickly press and hold (SELECT) → Luma3DS #.# configuration. Use these exact settings. Press (START) to save and exit.

• (x) Show NAND or user string in System Settings
• ( ) Show GBA boot screen in patched AGB_FIRM

8. HOME Menu → System Settings. Look for Sys 11.13.0-45U.

9. If all else fails at this point, repair the 3DS firmware + custom firmware with CTRTransfer (Type D9) - CTRTransfer. Carefully read and follow the Instructions.

This fixed it; I was on emunand the whole time, thank you sooo much.
