I’ve wiped Card clean , put all latests stuff on , etc but no luck yet .

As tergraexplorer doesn’t complete a nand backup ( always fails at 121) I’m sure it has to be a firmware issue .

I can RCM all the time but always black screens at same point .
I can save all the keys etc
View them
So hopefully I can do something .

hoping to use all the keys to create a new Nand , hopefully there’s a way to do it on a Mac .

This there anyway to check the backup , I created thru Hekate? Even thou if I restore it I still have same problem

mans once again. Thanks for all your help
How exactly did you update to 9.2 when the initial issue began?

I used the ChoiDujour app .
Have a spare 64gn Fat32 Micro as card which is exactly the same layout as my Exfat 400gb one but with firmware on it ,

I know I’d selected the EXfat option same as last time .

just can’t think what went wrong .

I asked because you said ChoiDujour. Did you use the PC application ChoiDujour, or did you use the Switch homebrew application ChoiDujourNX?

You can't use ChoiDujour to update to 9.2.0.

I have 1 backup of nand but doesn’t seem to work , when restored .

yes I have back ups of BOOT0/1 plus the keys etc
Did you restore BOOT0/1 when you restored your NAND backup? Were BOOT0/1 backed up at the same time as the NAND backup? Did you make a NAND backup after bricking your Switch but before restoring the NAND backup?

I had a back up but as card seems doa . hekate lets me backup but doesn’t seem to work , when restored .

yes I have back ups of BOOT0/1 plus the keys etc

Using the RCM , plus payloads I can back most of important stuff up and it all seems to be valid and not corrupt

You didn't answer my questions.
  1. Did you restore BOOT0/1 when you restored your NAND backup?
  2. Were BOOT0/1 backed up at the same time as the NAND backup?
  3. Did you make a NAND backup after bricking your Switch but before restoring the NAND backup?

  1. Do you know which system version you were on when you made your first NAND backup?
  2. When were BOOT0/1 backed up?
  3. Do you know which system version you were on when you made your BOOT0/1 backups?
  4. Did you make a backup of BOOT0/1 after the brick but before you restored your backups?

2) I think awhile ago and then after it bricked
3) no real idea

sorry feel like I’m not really helping myself here .but again thanks for much for the advice and help

is there anyway I can’t check the backups and find out what firmware etc they were on and if they are ok and not corrupt???

You've made a lot of mistakes. If you have a backup of your NAND and BOOT0/1 from after the brick, I would follow this guide:
https://switch.homebrew.guide/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade.html

Well after days of trying an trying , I seem to be getting somewhere

switch now boots ( downgraded to 6.2 with a lot of help from Lacius )

But still isn’t booting .
Used the guide , followed every step .
But getting error code 2005-0005
Loading using FUSEE Primary.bin just goes to a black screen.

with and without a micro card in it

cfw also throws up that error

weirdly when I use Lockpick or Biskeydump I get a error of KeyBlob 0-5 is corrupt , but I know all keys are good as I checked them in Hactool when I downgraded.

the good thing is that it boots , but still not working .

many ideas before I have to send it away to be repaired ?

also if anyone knows a place that repairs these things that would also be great

thanks in advance
