ROM Hack Question Nsp, question on email from nintendo, how possible? emummc

So i had set up my switch with emuMmc, put the 90dns ip's in, verified blocked. Installed one nsp on the emummc. At one point to hit the homebrew store i did connect on wifi, been in airplane mode ever since. Also been in airplane mode on the sys OFW partition, just through all this testing.

Suddenly the other day i got an email from nintendo stating, "thank you for playing so and so", the nsp thats on the emummc.

Has anyone ever had this happen and any idea why it might have?

Sounds like you forgot 90DNS at one point.

By linked you mean did I unlink it on the emummc, eh, i guess i should have to be safe, unlinked

the only thing i can think of is that at one point after putting the dns entries in, i enabled wifi, ran the 90dns checker, it did say unblocked for some reason, but i reran the tool then it said blocked. I'm thinking there was a lag.

I dont know that this means the switch will get banned at some point or not, but not a good sign.
