If this is possible, how I can use a USB-HID controller on USB Loader GX with Nintendont installed, for a Wii game?

not possible.
it's like saying : how can I use a PS3 controller on PS2, I have a PS4 emulator installed on PC.

Nintendont is compatible with HID, that's all.
having nintendont dol on your SD card doesn't make the Wii or the games not running from nintendont compatible with HID USB.

I'll be more specific.
So you're saying i can't use a GC adapter on Wii U to play a Wii game?
That's stupid, but okay. Thanks

It is possible, but for now you need specific adapters like the ones from Brooks or 8BitDo

The best way to ensure compatibility is to use adapters that pretend that the Gamecube controller is a Classic Controller.

But you can patch games to support the HID adapters - I know that Mario Kart Wii has one floating around, and I'm 95% sure Brawl does too.

I have never seen such patches?

There are 2 homebrew apps you find on OSC (Homebrew Browser) called "Pair my DS3" and "Pair my DS4" which modifies the Wii to connect to DUALSHOCK 3 & 4 controllers. I never tried but i'm sure it works with Wii games.
