You need to extract the files from the 'DSi&3DS - SD card users' folder from the TWiLight 7z, specifically you're missing 'nds-bootstrap-hb-release.nds' in 'sd:/_nds' which is the nds-bootstrap file for homebrew.

Thanks, I think it worked.at least Earthbound worked and so did the GBA games

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Thank you.:)

May I ask please, which Version is your TWiLight Menu/nds-bootstrap ?
You can determine it,when you press SELECT and choose "TWLMenu++ Settings".
This brings you into TWLMenu Settings Menu and on the upper Screen you will ses the Version Numbers.

Yes,you can rename it to .sfc.:)

By the Way,how is your SD formatted and what Type is it please (microSD or Regular) ?

Thank you.:)

My sd card is a regular 16gb sd card, and it says nds-bootstrap Ver: Release v0.32.1 and v13.10 at the bottom of the top screen.

I am very happy to see,it works now (Thanks to our great @Pk11 :yay:).

@Robz8 updated yesterday his TWiLight Menu to v14.0.0 / nds-bootstrap v.0.33.0:
https://github.com/DS-Homebrew/TWiLightMenu/releases

(It is a always a good Idea,to keep it up-to-date,because of the many Improvements and also Games that not work with your Version are maybe now compatible).:)

Now have Fun with your Games and TwiLight Menu.:yay:

Thank you.:)

Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question - I was about to update TWLoader before I noticed the Save FAT Table Cache warning. Is this a new issue with later versions?

I'm currently on Ver 8.0.0 of TWLoader and nds-bootstrap v0.18.0. I went into the settings of my current version to make sure it's disabled, but I don't see the setting anywhere. Is this a new setting in later versions?

Lastly, does anyone know if they're looking to fix the issue with "Save FAT Table Cache" on >64GB cards in the future? I'm just paranoid about corrupting my card

thanks!

edit: Woops, sorry, I forgot to mention I'm using a CFW New 3DS. I didn't see what forum this was in :p

we are at a version bit higher then 8. you really should update to version 14 now called TWiLight Menu++ and nds-bootstrap is version 0.33.0.

plus if you paranoid about corrupting sd card you should do backup once in a while. its software things could go wrong. maybe even your hardware could mess up i.e. where you drop it by mistake.

Last edited by Flame,
is there a way to make this compatible with NTR and snickerstream, cause when I open twilight menu with it, it tends to stop working
is your snickerstream and NTR still running ?? I got it running at 1st time then after it not running again i was using UWPstreamer then saw Snickerstream that u can make it horizon fill in 58" tv it gave me error both of Streamers uuugggghh!

I install the latest TwilightMenu both on my DSi XL (via SD Card with HiyaCFW) and DS Lite (via Edge flashcard), I notice GBAunner2 on both have different commit. On my DSi it uses commit from this month while on my DS Lite uses commit from 2 months ago.. So when play Metroid games the sound issue still exist on my DS Lite... Did I miss something or what?

The recent commits of GBARunner2 with audio improvements achieve said better audio by utilizing the DSi's DSP processor to process the audio, unfortunately the DS Lite doesn't have (and DSi in DS mode doesn't have access to I don't think) the DSP processor so these sound improvements aren't possible on the DS Lite...

Ahh... So that's the problem... How unfortunate.. I really like playing gba on my dsi lite because tiny screen make the graphics look crispier... It's so damn hard to buy actual game cartridge in my country...

Hi, yeah it's me again, whit a new problem.
I really want to play Nanashi no geemu (The game whit no name) English patched on my n3ds, but every time I try to start the room, the game load normally, the publisher titles shows normally but it gets stuck on a black screen. It's wierd because the rom load whitout porbelms, and when it get stuck on the black screen, the 3ds don't crashes.
It's even weirder because the sequel works totally fine on the 3ds,even if it runs on the same engine and patch too.
I tried whit game on my r4 for my ds lite and the game works fine. Any clue of why the game doesn't start?

I will take a Look on the 3DS and Report back if you like.

I looked up on my twl but the game shows no cheats, im using the CD romance English patched 1.2 rom
Is the a way to manually insert a cheat?

Please be sure you have the latest usrcheat.dat Cheatfile in
SD-Card:\_nds\TWiLightMenu\extras.

Then please enable the "No Black Screen Fix" Cheat according to your Game Patch Version.

Good Luck.
Thank you.:)

To get not mixed up please:

Nanashi no Geemu Me (English Patched v1.13) needs no Patch and has no Cheats - it works on DSi and 3DS
Nanashi no Geemu (English Patched v1.2) needs the Patch and has Cheats and also works on DSi and 3DS

Hmm,honestly I am out of Ideas.:(

- The Correct Path -> SD Card:\_nds\TWiLightMenu\extras (please notice the Lower Case !)
- The Cheatfile is named usrcheat.dat (please also Lower Case !)
- You have the v1.2 Patched Game

I am sorry,I have no Idea.
Thank you.:)
