I did the same thing with my first 3 empty plots, went to Mystery Island like 10-15 times every day (3 days in a row) and no one was there.

Now I have villagers that I don't like/want :( How can I replace those villagers? cheats? Save modifier?

yea but like first load an empty lot file first and THEN load the legit file cause their houses wont change correctly. check out page 83, they said to do this when you have 10 villagers first.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Thanks for the advice.
I see the pattern for itemslot 1 to 8.
But when I get to Itemslot 9 the pattern changes
[Itemslot 8]
04100000 AC3B90F8

[Itemslot 9]
04100000 AC3B9100

It jumps from 90F8 to 9100

So what would be the pattern if I use the code for Profile 2?
If I assume that the following code is for itemslot 1:

[Profile 2 Itemslot 1]
04100000 AC424F90

[Profile 2 Itemslot 2]
04100000 AC424F98

[Profile 2 Itemslot 3]
04100000 AC425000

[Profile 2 Itemslot 4]
04100000 AC425008

___________________________________

Edit: I tested it and I can confirm that:
Profile 2 Itemslot 1 = AC424F90
Profile 2 Itemslot 2 = AC424F98

But I cannot figure out the pattern for Itemslot 3 and the rest.

I tried Itemslot 3 with this code AC425000 but it doesn't work.

Any idea on this?

do you know about this site https://mpql.net/tools/acnh/codes/

F8 + 8 = 100 so the pattern stays the same. As for profile two, just add 8 to 98, which would be A0.

Has anyone figured out how to edit the river mouths in the NHSE Terrain Editor?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Does anyone know if you can have more than 8 inclines by editting them in or spawning the kit?

Thanks .

If you use NHSE you can add as many as you want, as well as put them in whatever spot you want with the Building Editor.

Back with some better item codes

They're too long to post here, so I put them on Pastebin: https://pastebin.com/bLrr084B
Thanks to @AnalogMan for refactoring my code! :D

Basically how to use it:
For text to item:
Send in chat the ID you want to use, press X + D-Pad Right to spawn the item in your inventory slot 01
press X + D-Pad Left to modify the item.

To use the buffer version (probably safer):
Just write the item ID in the keyboard, and then press ZR + D Pad Right/Left

Also, as noticed yesterday with the previous cheats I made, they only work on Atmosphere... so you probably should be ditching SX OS in favor of this for better cheat code support :)

Do you have an item list for the DIY recipes? I tried another one I found, but it didnt appear to work.

Regading the DIY recipes, is there a way to get them to individually show up in your inventory and then be able to drop them? The reason I am asking is I have a hacked switch, but my husband doesn't and he is wanting some of the DIY recipes, like the Celeste ones, and I can't seem to find the codes in order to have them in my inventory instead of just downloading them all at once to my hacked character, if that makes sense?

You can use edizon cheats to add all the recipes to your inventory and then manually drop them 1 by 1 on the floor. Then back up that save with JKSV and host locally for your husband. You can find cheats for recipes on the switch cheats database.

I'm still unsure on what I should exactly be doing, is there a way you could go into further detail?

Hey can someone like, pin this to page 1 or something? This person rocks. Thank you so much for making that, that really helped a lot, I actually completely understand now. What a useful diagram! Now my only issue is that whenever I go to edit an acre in NHSE I get a an "Unhandled exception, Index was out of range" I already created on issue on GitHub though so I'll just have to wait. :)

Another thing to watch out for is the termination points of the rivers because in the demo above the sides of the river and the mouths are correct but the end going towards land isn't and will be glitched (though usually you can dig around the outside with your waterscaping tools and either fill it in or dig it out to unglitch it). My acres aren't the best but hopefully you can also import them (into an instance of the save editor, without saving) and preview how to make a termination point for the top right river mouth if you get stuck. Another thing you can do is dig up your own body of water and either join it or copy the curvature of the water tiles to terminate a river or join it into an existing river.
