Hi all,

i was hoping for some help please.

have downloaded wii u game, dlc and updates from wii u helper.
installed using wup gx2 installer.
game works fine but i don't think the dlc or the update works even though it seemed to install fine.
when i click on the game to load i get these error messages (please see attached files).
have also blocked dns to nintendo. internet still works

games works fine when it asks to start the software without updating.

look forward to replies.

please let me know if i need to provide any more info.

Hello.:)

This looks like you have maybe the "wrong" Region Updates for your Game(s).
You have to "seek" for the correct Ones please.:)

or

Did you checked you have an working/active Internet Connection ?
(The Blue Icon in the right-down Corner on the Wii U Menu Screen).

If you use Custom Firmware/Hacks like Coldboot Haxchi then your Internet is "blocked" for Updates.
(like in the Guide described).

So you can use/run the

- NNU eShop Patcher to temporarily get Internet/eShop Access and run the Update(s) for your Games. This works for your "self organized" Games.

or

- (Advanced User) Setup a Second Internet Connection with the standard DNS Settings from your Internet and Update your Games.
PLEASE NOTE: System Updates are now possible with this,so be careful what you Update please !!

Good luck and
Thank you.:)

With your Wii U HDD attached (where the Games are installed) enter the Wii U Settings please and choose "Data Management"please. The first Entry is "Copy/move/delete Data".
Then you have your Wii U´s Memory and your HDD.Choose your HDD please.
There you have your Games.
Choose the Game and then "Delete".Also then the associated DLC and Save File please.

That´s it.:)

Good luck and
Thank you.:)
