ROM Hack Possible install DLC unlocker other way than nsp?

A little of context, Katana Kami had a bonus available the first week of release, the bonus was Shiren the Wanderer outfit and 5 legendary swords DLC for free, I missed them at the time, now they are gone forever, no chance to buy the DLC on eShop either.

I looked on internet to learn more about how this DLC worked, and it seems it’s an unlocker rather than content DLC, now my question is if there’s any option to extract this DLC in nsp format to layeredfs format, then apply the changes to somehow unlock the DLC stuff without installing the nsp.

I legally bought the game on eShop, I would buy the DLC if it was available... also don’t want to risk my account installing nsp.

No, because unlocker has only metadata file. It doesn't have any romfs files.

I have never tried, but maybe it's possible to make exefs patch to unlock DLC.
