Hacking Nintendo Switch Banning Hub & Warning

If I connect to Pokémon Home and deposit a bunch of legit Pokémon holding these Masterballs and then use my clean Switch to retrieve them that system’s save file, could the Masterballs cause a ban on the clean Switch?

I don't think Pokemon Home can even transfer items. When you move a Pokemon from Sword/Shield to Home, its held item is placed in your bag as it transfers.

Idk if ill get banned when i unhack my switch since i dont have a NAND backup but i want to go back to OFW to play online, I updated using Choi to the latest update for the switch from like version 8.1.0 and since then i have to use NO_GC = 0 patch on atmosphere, If i do remove all CFW and any traces of CFW (using that homebrew app) would i still be able to use my carts since my game cart fuse is burnt?

If its been burnt, that means its been updated for later firmware versions.

Nogc prevents you from using cartridges. I think you're confused on how it works and whether or not its enabled.

Nogc is already disabled. You weren't running it in the first place.

Hi guys, I updated officially my untouched sysNAND while having AutoRCM enabled and obviously it was overwritten and disabled. Am I risking anything from a ban perspective? Could Nintendo have detected that I had AutoRCM on? Thanks in advance.

Considering no one has been banned for using AutoRCM alone, that is highly unlikely.

Lets say you were on 9.0.1 using your stock sysNAND, no custom firmware.
Then you upgrade to 9.2.0 using nintendos servers on the stock sysNAND.
Then you restore to a 9.0.1 clean nand backup using hekate.
Then you upgrade from the 9.0.1 clean backup, back to 9.2.0 using nintendo servers.
