ROM Hack Question Pokemon Sword Frozen

My pokemon sword froze after I downloaded a file for my romfs folder that didn't work very well as you can tell. Any way I could fix this

What was the mod for? Maybe contact the maker of the mod, and ask him what to do?
Or try copying the "backup" save file in checkpoint folder, rename it to "main" replace it with the damaged original "main" save file (store the original "main" file, just in case).

Well I am not too sure which mod I had that froze the game.

Well, I don't know why the freeze starts, but in my game happens too. the only solution I have is change the console date to a day that the game worked fine and then when the game Is running update the date, Try it if this solve the problem, but I don't know a permanent solution
