Saints Row IV joins the league of other games ported to the Nintendo Switch

Confirming a French PEGI rating and following up on last year's release of Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package for the Nintendo Switch, is yet another port of a Saints Row title to the platform. Deep Silver is bringing Saints Row IV: Re-Elected to the Switch later this March. Originally released on last-gen consoles in 2013, Saints Row IV features an open world, where you play as a super-powered president of the United States, who has to fight against an alien invasion. The Re-Elected version will also pack in all of the game's downloadable content, which consists of 25 different DLC packs. Saints Row IV: Re-Elected launches on March 27th, for $39.99.

Key Features:
• The American Dream – Play as the President of the United States in a wild story that spans countries, time, and space. It’s up to you to free the world, now for the first time on Nintendo Switch™.
• Super Hero-in-Chief – Leap over buildings. Kill people with your mind. Run through tanks. Those are just some of the powers on offer that you can wield in your quest.
• Alien Toys of Destruction - Wield an impressive array of alien vehicles and weapons. The Inflato-Ray, the Polarizer, the Disintegrator, and many more are all are yours to utilize. • Custom Weapons, Custom Mayhem – You’ve customized your character. You’ve customized your clothes. Now you also have a powerful weapon customization system.
• Dynamic Duo - Seamless drop-in, drop-out co-op, a Saints Row standard, improved. The only thing better than one malicious super powered President is two!
• Fully Re-Elected – Saints Row IV Re-Elected contains an impressive 25 DLC Packs, including the Dubstep Gun (Remix) Pack, the Presidential Pack, the Commander-In-Chief Pack, and two celebrated episodic story expansions: Enter The Dominatrix and How The Saints Save Christmas

i expect a possible ps4/xbone release of saints row the 3rd the total package. Nintendo only had a year exclusive and it ends the same day as the forth comes on the switch. Nintendo also has a year exclusive deal for remasters of the 2nd and first titles as well. If they continue to release them one at a time it is going to take awhile. I Hope the drop of frame rate issues the 3rd inherited from the xbox 360 and ps3 versions are not present in future titles.

I’m definitely gonna get it, hopefully it’s not the censored version like the 360/PS3/PC version in Australia (it probably still will be). I enjoyed SR3 on switch.

Doesn’t help that my profile pic is Johnny Gat.

wow not Saint's Row Gat Out Of Hell? come on....

I'm actually quite excited for this even though I've completed it 5 times already. Really love the Saints Row series. They need to bring it back. Also I wonder if Gat Out of Hell will get a Switch port?

looks like a ps2 game that's the only way they could get it to run on the switch. and i remember playing this on the ps4 it was buggy as fuck. you would just be doing stupid shit like jumping around from building to building and boom CRASHES. it was just as bad as the fucking lego games. and am i to believe it'll be better on the switch? it won't be!

Why do people get so upset about switch ports? If you haven’t noticed, almost every game on pc, Xbox, and PlayStation are ports. Seeing as how they typically start off for one system and then get porter over to the others. But I guess it’s just a Nintendo hating thing that this is about
