Hi just got my wii out the cupboard to set it up again is there a homebrew app that will let me downoad game DLC for free examply just dance extra songs

You need to acquire your eShop content in .wad format from your own sources and install them with a WAD manager.

I have been looking for a while and haven found anything. The only thing that I am looking for is the gh3 dlc songs

I am not at all trying to pirate. I am just trying to get the dlc for gh3 which probably costs wii points which I can’t get ever since that tragic shutdown. I am sorry if you feel that I am trying to pirate. If it bothers you I will stop talking about this topic. Thanks.

That's still piracy - just because you cannot buy it anymore since the service shutdown, doesn't mean that downloading it for free somewhere else isn't piracy.
Also, you can talk about whatever you want, I'm not the piracy Sheriff here I just wanted to remind you, that asking for guidance about how to acquire DLC for free is against the rules here.
