Is true that Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3Ds pirated can play online any game just like a real game ?

I am saying about piracy, you can play a pirate game both in Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3Ds online, connected in Nintendo Network without the risk of BAN ?

I do not have a Nintendo Switch or a Nintendo 3Ds, I wanted to buy one of those consoles to play Pokemon games online, makes trade online and use all features of Nintendo Network. I a 42 years old but I love Pokemon games. I really dislike the anime, but, I love those games. I play all of them in emulators, but, I wanted to play online, fighting against real human opponents...

I am worried because If this really true about the piracy, I guess Nintendo Switch will not have a long lifespawn, here in Brazil a Nintendo Switch cost R$ 2700,00, I can buy a car with this money, I wanted to buy a Nintendo Switch in December, when I finish some bill, everything that I have in my life I buy in 12 installments, and always finish the installments in December then buy again and get in debt again for a year

I fear to buy a Nintendo Switch in December and then next year Nintendo stop production of Ninteyndo Switch and then release a new console.

I love NIntendo but in 2 times in my life Nintendo hurt me.

I buy a long time ago Nintendo 64 in 24 monthly payments and then Nintendo finished with Nintendo 64 and released Gamecube and I not have even paid 7 payments... Same thing happened with Wii-U I buy it and just some few months after it Nintendo gave up about wii-u....

Does you guys think that Nintendo will gave up soon about Nintendo Switch and release a new console soon ?

Your switch won't die when you play online with a "pirated" switch. Nintendo will just ban you from using online contents. It might take weeks or months but it usually only take days before nintendo finds out you have "pirated" games in your console.

You can still use your switch normally once banned. You just won't have access to nintendo's online stuff.

Nintendo 3DS? Yes, I used to hide every homebrew with Rosalina and avoided using any save editor on games I played online and I never got banned (still not banned).

Nintendo Switch? No. Going online with any kind of Custom Firware is likely getting you banned.

An used Nintendo Switch should be at r$ 1200.00/1500.00 price range if you look really hard and piracy doesn't kill a system's life, bad use does it. You can trade with people locally if you don't want to go online with a modded Switch and have someone to play with, but online usage will still get you banned one day or a year later no matter how cautious you are. I personally don't miss online usage in my hacked Switch and probably have 200 hours already in Pokemon Sword.

Kind of, pirated 3DS games at least depending on the popularity don't get you banned (but there's still a risk).
I downloaded AC:NL and online has worked thus far with no bans on my account.

No, I am not really interested in Piracy, my main intention is play Pokemon online. I just mentioned Piracy because this kind of thing can kill a console, but, you guys already said that is not like this, then, I do not need to worry about it anymore, those Brazilian youtuber are lies. Why you are ashamed, I am just sharing a true trouble in my life and I am asking about advice... And you know that a Fusca is really a nice car. But I prefer a Nintendo Switch... I just pointed it to everybody to measure how much expensive is it... A Nintendo Switch is R$ 2,700,00 in Brazil from reliable sellers, you know it very well... I have not courage to try to buy a cheap one from that unreliable online sellers...

The question here is what are your standards in Life priorities? A car can get you places like a job without having to rely on anyone else
Video games are just for entertainment usage. Im not sure what the economy is in Brazil, but if you can afford a car most of us here are gonna say get that instead regardless if you want to play online with pokemon.

I guess the talk go stray. If you read carefully my text you will notice that I am against piracy and mentioned it just because I wanted to know If piracy will kill Nintendo Switch.

I cannot have a car. I mentioned it just for you guys understand how pricey is a Nintendo switch. Here in my house I have not a garage I have not a safe place to protect a car. If I leave the car sleep in the street it will be stolen. If I put a special device to avoid it being stolen, it will be vandalized.

Looks like everybody is understand me wrong, next time I will try to write better.

A Nintendo Switch is so pricey for me to buy it in December of 2020 and it already end support in December of 2021 because of a new console released. I wanted it to live until December 2024 at least to make it worth for me

Like I said, I want you guys to share your troughs. I not want promises, but, opinions.Diego from DigPlay Channel said just said his opinion and I want to know If you guys agree with him or not.

For sure have in here a lot of Nintendo Fans and you guys are from USA and you guys probably know how the market is going on and you guys know the Nintendo way of do things. I guess people from USA and Japan have more ways to predict a better projection that Brazilian, Nintendo not even exist officially in Brazil.

Piracy never shortened the life span of any console not even the Wii U. It all depends on the support from the company.
Look. If you want to play pokemon online with other ppl Its always best to get the console thats newer and fresh and still gets tons of support which is the Switch. Buying a 3DS now for pokemon makes no sense b/c it going to die out before the Switch does. But if money is such an issue you really should sort out your personal issues before spending money on things that don't benefit your life situation and debts.

The reason we are having a hard time helping you is b/c your thread/question is all over the place. You briefly keep asking if piracy online can still happen(this make us assume you want to hack) then you bring up you can buy a car {Which is more valuable than a
video game}. On top of that the title doesn't ask us your real question. When you ask a question try to avoid including details of your life.

Your situation is basically you don't have alot of money and is wondering what console you should buy or save up to play pokemon with others. The answer is 3DS since its more cheaper, but if your concerned about the life span support then you dont have a choice but to buy a Nintendo Switch since its still a brand new console Thats why its hard to help you b/c your preferences conflict with your choices you might aswell just save up for the Switch and be in debt later I guess. Keep in mind you do have to pay a subscription online service fee to trade/battle with other ppl with a Switch. The 3DS is free to trade/battle but its an old console now.
